Day 52: Used Recycled Toilet Paper

Day 52: Used Recycled Toilet Paper

Since the toilet paper was out, I replaced it with a roll of toilet paper that was made of 100% post consumer recycled paper.

According to The National Resource Defense Council’s Shopper’s Guide to Home Tissue Products, ” If every household in the United States replaced just one roll of virgin fiber toilet paper (500 sheets) with 100% recycled ones, we could save 423,900 trees.

What was your simple green act for the day?

Mike, that is dedication, my friend. ;) You should research composting toilets, then you could combine your green acts (or should I say "movements").

I've read some on composting toilets. Not sure I could get one in my apt building though. Hahaha.

I thought you had a thing for posting with no shirt. It's nice to see you "branching out."

I make my own baby wipe formula out of chamomile, tea tree, witch hazel and lavender, and use pieces of cloth as wipes.

Didn't know that I'm versatile like that huh?
