My name is Mike Lieberman and use the screen name CanarsieBK across the web. On the web or to my friends, I talk a lot about “going green” and doing what’s “best for the planet.”
I started to find myself talking a lot about simple things that people can do to go green that’ll make a difference, but was I doing any of them? I decided it was time to shut up and start doing.
That’s how I came up with the idea of this site. I wanted to do. So I issued a challenge to myself to perform one simple green act a day for a year and document it all to hold myself accountable.
The goal is to do these simple things, but also to show you that there are many ways for them to go green without totally changing your daily lives.
