Day 280: Used Eco-Friendly Sunscreen
Before heading out to the beach, I put on some eco-friendly paraben free sunscreen.
Parabens are a chemical preservative that’s found in most cosmetic and some food items.
According to The Good Human, “Parabens can mimic the hormone estrogen, which is known to play a role in the development of breast cancers.”
