Day 298: Used Lemon and Salt Water to Whiten Teeth

Mixed up lemon and sea salt at a ratio of about 3:1 and rinsed out my mouth. This will help to whiten your teeth.

    Mix together and rinse.
  • That's a new one for me. Thanks for the tip! I make a little tub of toothpaste out of baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and peppermint essential oil. It's easy and affordable, and whitens, too. It has my dentist's seal of approval.

how long does it take to see results Mikey, and how bad is the high acidity for ur enamel?
  • Mike Lieberman
My teeth are pretty white as it is, so I don't have a before and after unfortunately. You can also play with the amounts based on your preference bc as you said the lemon may be too strong.
