While washing my hands, I turned the faucet off.

You can also save water by turning off your faucet while shaving and brushing your teeth.

According to the American Water Works Association, Daily indoor per capita water use in the typical single family home is 69.3 gallons with 15.7% of that going to faucets.

    Not at all difficult to do and certainly can save our precious resources! I was raised to be very careful as not to waste anything since my parents lived through the Great Depression. This was one of our $$ saving tips also.
