I made this mistake once by reusing my bathwater to water the garden. After 3months, everything - even trees - died.

Damned. That's pretty hardcore. Maybe it was the water and not necessarily the grey water!?!?

I've been doing something similar also. I keep a gallon jug under my sink to catch the water that I use while waiting for the hot water to come through the tap. I then use that to water my indoor plants and vege seedlings. Love your daily blog, by the way. :)

Thanks. Now that I'm in Cali I need to use and capture more grey water since it's so dry out here.

Hey Mike! I love you're doing that... I have been using water from my dishes for a long time. I also collect rain in buckets or tea that we don't finish to water my plants...

I've never had two sinks like this before. Needs to get used to it and utilize it. Will definitely be using more once I get the garden set up.
